Several years ago we were doing a bareboat charter out of the British Virgin Islands. While we were in port there was a program that was gearing up to go out. It was called Sail Caribbean and was geared to jr high and high school students. The program looked well run. I picked up there brochure and still have it. They have differnt programs some are broad-based and others focus on scuba. The kids we met were mainly high school and were from the US and Europe. Looked like a ton of fun.
According to this brochure they have a website. Might be worth looking into.

We also have the brochure from Sail Caribbean. Sounds great! Look into it.

Our son went to the Virgin Islands with Odyssey expeditions and loved it. He got certified for diving and did about 25 dives. Lots of sailing, hiking and general fun. They grouped them by age, he was with 14-16 year olds.

You might want to take a look at ActionQuest and their college program Sea-mester too. My daughter joined their program two summer's ago and had the time of her life she then went on one of the college accredited Sea-mester programs last summer. I researched a lot of the different programs and decided on them because of the emphasis that they put on safety, leadership and education. You can find both of the web sites if you search for ActionQuest or Sea-mester in Google.
