Has anybody had a child participate in a 3-2 dual degree program? My son is interested in checking into one. He would attend a small liberal arts school run by our religious denomination for 3 years, then transfer to an engineering school. I wondered what others' experiences had been. Thanks for any feedback.

My alma mater Skidmore has a 3-2 engineering program with Dartmouth, and I had three friends who participated while I was there. It was a great experience for all, allowed them flexibility that would be very hard to find at a single school. Its a wise financial decision too! I don't see much of a down side, except that we missed them during our senior year...
