My son's school has a 7.0 grade scale. AP and K levels are worth 7.0 points. Regular classes are worth 6.0 etc.

Does any one know how to convert this scale to 4.0 scale. Is it just the ratio of 4/7?

What is weighted and unweighted GPA?

Is there any difference in getting A+, A or A-?

The conversion ratio will depend on the college, although converting using a 7/4 ratio would be a likely approach. Or, the APs could be unweighted and a 6/4 ratio used. Weighted GPA includes advanced classes at the higher value; unweighted considers those classes on the same scale as regular classes.

Some schools assign different values to plus and minus grades, others don't. An A+ always looks good, of course, even if it counts the same.
