Admitted to both honor programs...not sure about major, but definitely liberal art (possible journalism or law school).
Tulane 18K scholarship, UMCP $1500 but in state.
Is the 10K worth the smaller private school??

Better journalism school. Growing reputation. (I get the feeling that Tulane's reputation is stagnant or even shrinking.)
