just breathe. make sure you can calm yourself down and concentrate on the test, just remind yourself, a low score isn't going to end the world or anything. it's so insignificant--at the same time you are worrying about your score, there are people in the world worrying about where they are going to get their next meal. that puts it into perspective for me! and good luck

Stop thinking about the test. Period. Just relax. Take some Tylenol PM tonight and rest. You've done everything you could, just show up now.

the best thing you can do is "SELF TALK". Talk yourself. When your sitting in your class waiting for a question paper, say yourself that you can do it and ....... to increase your confidence.
Remember sef talk can be veryyyyyy helpful.

I pray...I think of God the whole time during the test and say that all the effort I invest is effort invested in the name of God. I do not pray for a good score but that I can do my duty without attachment to the test; that is, take the test merely for the sake of taking the test.

Did you know that a very large part of the "relaxation" people get from cigarettes just comes from breathing deeply for the first time all day? So just try closing your eyes and breathing. When that does not work for me, I breathe deeply and hold my breath, then count to 30...maybe try that out?
