How do u tell which is the experimental section on the SAT?
Do you guys try just as hard on it? or do you really not care much about it?
does this section have anything to do at all with your score?

u can ask people afterwards....like if they had this question or that... my experimental section was obvious. It had like 6 short stories on it and it was the weirdest section ever.

If the problems are nutty and different from what you've seen before. You shouldn't even be thinking about it during the test, though. You never know.

algebra 2 on math. different total number of questions from usual. different order or proportion of problems.

It's something you should not worry about. If you try to guess, there is a 4/5 chance you are WRONG.
