I would go with pencil. There's a small chance (very small) that your ink is very strong and will seep through. Won't happen of course, but what if?

I used pencil and got 11 = 80 converted

I wrote in pencil, I was explicitly told to remove all pens from my desk.

use pencil.

don't bend the rules.

plus you can erase rather than cross out, which looks good.
