My math is really lacking. I was wondering which math problem book was better -- Kaplan or Barrons?
It seems the reviewers on Amazon think Kaplan is better.
Whats the consensus here?

I bought Barron's because all of the copies of Kaplan in the store were for the "new" SAT. I don't see anything wrong with it other than some typos on the letter of the practice question answers. I really feel like it's helping.
I have nothing to compare it to, though.

Thanks. I've had Grubers for quite some time, but I really just dont like it. Basically, I just need a book to see and drill all the different types of problems into my head.
Anyone else want to share?

Try Math Workout by PR. Also, be careful about not bumping your posts too much - the moderators will ban you.

I read the reviews for the PR and they were atrocious. Is it really that bad?
I'm leaning towards Barron's now because they have strategies in addition to the problems...
Mods won't ban me, they love me (Isn't that right, Trinity? :D )

I have Kaplan, Barron's and PR; I like Kaplan best.
