I was gonna post in the "What are my chances" section but its be given me an internal service error for the past two days. What do you think are my chances in the UCs? My dream school is UCLA.

GPA: unweighted--3.97 weighted--4.16

AP courses taken:
Calculus AB
US History
Biology

Chemistry

English Language and Composition--3
Biology-5

SAT: 1270, then 1400

Challenges:
-Self-studied: AP psychology, AP world history, AP environmental science, AP computer science (Plan to take AP tests senior year, two years of studying the subjects)
-low income

I'd say you have a very, very good chance. Be sure to get all SATIIs above 700, and I'd say you're a lock--excellent uw gpa!!

Your EC's are kinda boring though, unless you were an officer in some of those clubs. Anyone can just join a bunch of clubs. Beautiful GPA though. Pack in those EC's and you'd be a prime candidate for Berkeley.
