Hey,
I took the June IIC test and I was wondering was it harder then usual or easier then usual. I got a 710 with 8 omits so how many wrong does it come down to?I think I'll retake for UC's.

Did other people get info on the number they got wrong when they got the mailed report? They only told me my score, so I can't help much with the curve. I omitted two and from this board, definately got 2 wrong = 800.

My son's score report (June test) didn't say how many he got wrong on the IIC (but did for the writing SAT II).

Probably for the same reason CB sends us an AP score report with a number on it. lol.

But on the sat they tell you how many questions you miss. They did that on my writing score also.

i highly recommend a retake. 800 is 90% percentile or something. I didn't get a detailed report from college board, but the margin for error is pretty big on SAT IIs in general...and if 800 is 90% percentile on math ii/c i imagine that it's also pretty big on that test as well.
710 is respectable, but math ii/c scores are generally in a slightly higher range. I'm sure you can score better.
good luck!

I omitted 5 and got an 800. My guess is that this is basically the cutoff between a 790 and 800. I must have have gotten either none wrong, or maybe one.
