I was wondering, since you can guess on the act,
if during the whole test, you guessed only one answer(let's say b)for every single question in all the subjects, would that be ok?

Well, considering that with the ACT you often get a sequence of questions where the possible answers for the first one are a through d and then the second one e through h, etc, simply guessing b will leave a number of questions unanswered. Otherwise if you went in and just always chose the second allowed answer to a question, you would likely get some right but then you may just as likely score something like an 8 total score. If you are asking whether it would be an allowable strategy to chose the second available answer for those questions for which you have no idea what the answer is, then that might actually add a point or two to the number of correct answers as it is better to give an answer than to leave blank on the ACT.
