the date for November Testing is Nov 6th... When does the result come out? and whats the quickest possible way (eg Rush Report)? When EXACTLY will it reach the university if we do a rush report.. i.e the exact date, given that it is on Nov 6th!

I just read on some application (can't recall whose it was) that this particular school (whichever it was) does not accept rush reports of scores - so better check.

Many colleges do not accept rush reports. Instead, they have arrangements with the testing services to have all scores that are to be sent to the college sent at one time. Thus, check with particular college to see if rush scores are accepted.

Your November score will arrive to virtually any college on time if you are applying regular admission -- example: even though UC's require application by November 30, they take any test scores from November and December and do not start reviewing files until the receipt dates for those have passed.

Where you might have an issue is applying early decision or early action. Usually that early November test is fine for most of those but for some it may be too late (even if you were to rush scores). However, you need to check with each particular college to see the last test date it will accept for ED or EA (colleges usually publish that stuff on their web-sites). Where you may also have somewhat of an issue is at colleges that use rolling admission (decide admission as applications are received on a rolling basis; many public colleges use that method). Generally, applicants who have all things necessary including scores in early (like by early November) have some advantage over those who get everything in later.
