The verbal curve must have been harsh. I know I missed 3 (with 3 more uncertainties which were never resolved in the other topic, so make that 6) and omitted 1, so my verbal raw score shouldn't be lower than a 70/78.

Assuming that's true, I received a 710. What's up with that? Unless there are more that I left out...

Do you think a composite score in the 1500s range, no matter how low, is worth a retake?

By the way, my verbal scores on the 10 Real SATs practice tests ranged from about 1530-1600 (actually decreasing as I went through them). Is it true that the tests are getting harder?

All my friends got below 500 on verbal! There pretty good at that stuff too, so I figure that it was a doozy of a curve. I sucked at verbal this round too.

I might be one of your friends Wack...I knew I did bad on the verbal, but I had no idea I did this bad! I got a 750 M, 520 V(first time-sophmore). I guess my new Barron's vocab cards will be my new best friends this summer.

I got a 760 on verbal which is a total shock to me, I never thought I would get that high of a score, I left 3 blank and I know I missed 1 so based on that, to get an 800 you probably needed an almost perfect score

I got an 800 on verbal and I think I missed 2 (maybe one).

710 on math, though. I think I missed like 4 or 5.

i know that u couldn't miss any to get the 800 math and i believe one wrong is a 780 Forsakn4

omg 800 on verbal....i find that so impossible without memorizin a dictionary or sumthin....i have a 630 haha
