I hate tests, i've never done well on them even though i get a 3.9 in a very tough public high school taking lots of ap's. No matter what i do, i suck at Sat's, Sat II's, and Act's. I figure I'm gonna get what I'm gonna get.

I got 530 in Math, 590 in Verbal - second time
THe first time I got 510 in math, 600 verbal. I went up 20 in math but went down 10 in verbal.
UGHHHHHHHH That is horrible. I would love to get atleast a 1200 or something. And I only have like 1 more time to take it before I have to submit applications. October! Is there one in November?

620M 550V = 1170
this was my first time taking it, and i didn't study at all. honestly, i don't feel bad about it. the SATs were never a big deal to me, but i guess if i want to get into another school besides our state university, i'll have to actually study next time.

There is one in November but not all schools accept those if you apply ED. If you apply RD, then sometimes you can take them through January. There is one in Oct, Nov, Dec, and Jan.

December is the last time you can take the SAT's or SAT II's for the class of 2005 (I assume your will be a senior next year). Starting with January, the "New SAT" will be in affect. I think anyways.

i got 1120 total. I thought the math was soo easy this time and got a 550 last time i took it i got a 570. I dont what the deal is..Would love a 1200 though...

First time I took it cold. - March 2004
520 V 550 M (ouch!)
Second time with some prep (doing two practice tests) in math only - June 2004
630 V 630 M (good enough for state schools)
Third time in october.. let's see if i can go to:
740 V 710 M.. hey I doubt it, but I at least want to break 1300 =)

I hate standardized tests. My GPA is decent 3.7 UW, 4.6 W but my crappy SAT score will tell colleges "Hey! She goes to a stupid public school with grade inflation!" Argh. Stupid 3 hour tests.

Jastern05- The new SAT won't start until March. Jan. is the last test date for the "old" one.

I have a question...
I have taken the SATs three times...
My scores are as follows:
1) V 560 M 610
2) V 630 M 600
3) V 640 M 630

Does it look bad if I take them again in October?

Colleges only look at ur highest scores so no it won't look bad as long as u improve.
