I took the test as a standby in 5 june and they didn't take the money out of my credit card yet !!!!!!!!!!!!! Should I send them email ??? And by the way will I be able to see my scores online ????

Don't worry, they won't forget to bill you - it's something people tend to be good at. Scores aren't up yet.

..Forgot to mention that I took the SAT in May so I already have an account on collegeboard.com.
When scores for the June test will be up, will I be able to see them on the same account ?

no. this happend to me in march itll be at least another week until you get scores. id call ets and pay by credit card over the phone.
