I'm trying to cancel my SAT scores by fax machine. Right now I'm slightly panicked because for the past three hours I've been either receiving a busy signal or a "no answer" response--and the deadline's in less than an hour! Has anyone else been having this problem? Is there anything I can do or am I completely screwed?
