For the Juns tests, I registered 3 SAT2s but ended up taking only 2 because I didn't feel as if I had prepared enough for 3. But was it okay to take only 2 instead of 3? Does Collegeboard cancel every tests since I didn't take one? According to the Collegeboard online, the test status is "registered", not "test completed".

No, you're good. As long as you didn't take the test and then cancel it your other two scores will be counted. I did the same thing as you for the March SATs and my Math and Writing scores came in, uncancelled.
