I was asked to write an assay on the topic of : The impact of the USA and USSR on world affairs was greater after the Second World War than it was before the Second World War.
All i can think of for now is the fact that US and USSA shaped the split between commuism and capitalism and how it split europe. any think that comes to your mind?

3rd world countries really formed as a result of the US/USSR split.
