if the application deadline at the colleges I apply to is November 30th, will the scores of the November SAT still be on time?

Check the school's admission information online. All of the schools my son applied to last fall had this information spelled out both for EA/ED and RD. If you can't find it then call Monday.

The problem with the November test is that the official score report may not get to the college by November 30. Again, check with the school.

Mine applied EA and his October scores got there on time.
