Need a clear concensus on this book. It does appear some answers are controversial. But does this also mean the practice tests are harder? Which book is best?

Barron's is an amazing book to prepare for the SAT II for writing, stick with it. But, yes, the practice tests are harder than the real thing. However, the practice tests aren't so outrageous that they aren't good for practice. So, definitely, without a doubt, stick with barron's for writing. (and note that the repetition with definitely and without a doubt would be an error on SAT II writing)

Really are they harder? I do better on Barron's practice tests than I do on those from other books.
