Are fluid mechanics included in the SAT II Physics? Just wondering, as the Barrons book has a chapter devoted entirely to that subject (a subject which, unfortunately, my physics teacher didn't teach).

I took the test, and there was not a single question about it. I don't think it's in the topic list, but I would confirm that.

Its not in the Physics SAT II (sparknotes)
But the equation youll need are:
F Buoyancy = pVg
p=density (mass/volume)
Desnity of water is 1000
Pressure=Force/Area
Pressure + .5*p*v^2 + .5*p*y = K
