Those of you who took the SAT in sophomore year, and then in junior year, please post your SAT for both years.

Junior Year: 1600?
lol Just need to maintain composure on the next test.
Maybe it'll be this sophomore year if I can pull it off this June 1st.

Needhelp06: what exactly did you do to raise that verbal? I'm a rising junior making the same scores as your sophomore SAT (perfect/near perfect math, but upper 500's on verbal)
did you just go through 10 reals? i think my biggest problem is vocab, since there are at least like 5 or 6 words that i don't know from the first couple problems... yet i hear that word lists are useless according to people on this board, so i don't know what to do. and then I also suck at CR (like understanding the passage as a whole, and basically i'm a slow reader)
anyways, good job with that verbal! any help would be great

i am not good at verbal. never have been and probably will never be. that having been said, I worked my butt off over winter break doing about 2 hours of vocab everyday for 2 straight weeks. I did vocab from the Kaplan verbal workbook and I memorized the whole thing. took quite a bit of time and effort. All the tests I took were from 10 Reals.
Hope this helps and good luck.
