Can someone tell me if its possible to raise your SAT score in 250-300 points in a month from a 1100 on the PSAT to 1350-1400?
I'm just now beginning to study for the SAT and I'll be taking the SAT for the first time in April 5.

that's a bit of a stretch....it'll be difficult but not impossible. do lots of vocab, get the 10 real SATs book, and practice like crazy.

dont know. What I do know is that you should pick up a review book, use that, and then take one/more practice tests in "10 REAL SATs"

I think Princeton Review's approach has some merit: recognize the structure of the test--easy questions at the front of sections, difficult at the end--and avoid the sucker pitch answers (Joe Bloggs) on the harder questions.
I found that I did better on standardized tests if I attacked them and had good time management. Know that if you need time on the critical reading questions, you bank it by being fast on the analogies...any analogy that takes more than 10-15 seconds and you're doing something wrong, even for the toughest, imo, if you really know your stuff.
