If I am announced to be a semi-finalist in September '04, at approximately what date is the application for Finalist due?

Would I have time to take the October 9 SAT and have them on the application form? Thanks.

The SAT scores don't have to be on the NM forms that are due in October. You just have to send them a report of scores. The October test date will be fine.
