Did anyone take the late Physics C: Mechanics exam? Free response was haaarrddd. What did anyone else think?

i have a q, do they mark the alternate ppl's test by themselves and have a diff curve or are we all marked under the same curve as the reg ppl?

Does have one know the scale for a 5 and 4 for mechanics from a reliable source?

yeah im wondering too..

for mc. i didnt get one q but for the rest, i must have made mistakes.. so prob 75-80% correct.. for open ended.. i got 1 and 3.. but i think i got 2 wrong.. is that likely a 5?

The different test has a different curve.

Yea, 2 was very hard on mechanics. I only took mechanics. I believe we are under our own curve... it was just weird seeing the serial number of the book as 000123 (or something like that) since there aren't many booklets made.

I found the multiple choice to be pretty fair and I think I got around 70-80% right (I studied independently for this test so I'm just hoping for a 3). I just think free response hurt me A LOT, especially 2.

i studied independently too. i know i got 3 right, and most of 1 right cept for 1 part. and parts of 2 right... prob got around 70 - 80 on mc as well. you think that might be a 5?
