wat's the best prep book for sat 2 chem that resembles the actual test (plz dont say barrons cuz i know that's a lot harder)

Do NOT approach Barron's. I would say go to Borders, and just skim through 22 Real SAT IIs. You will get a general idea of what you should know. Most people I know basically need to fine-tune skills. They know the chem, but they dont know the basics, which is what the SAT II drills you on.
