hey again....i got a 740 on SAT II writing, and a 760 on SAT II US history....i can probably do better (790) in history, and maybe a little bit better on writing....should i retake them? (i only have room for one of them for June 5) or, are these scores good enough for upenn - huntsman/wharton....i know im gonna get the sarcastic "you ONLY got a 740" stuff, but really, my grades in school are NOT THAT great, so i figure that maybe i should study for these SAT IIs and retake them to compensate partially for my not so great grades....btw, im taking math iic and chem in june (5th), lemme know if i should go for math ic, history, or writing as my other test (or nothing at all)..lemme know what you think....thnx!

As long your SAT II scores correlates well with your course GPAs I don't see what's the problem with those scores. Most people just aim for 700's and be done with it. Stop competing with everyone else here!

if your grades arent great but your scores are...theyll think SLACKER. unless if your school is really tough or something.... i dont know what to tell you.

yea my school is pretty tuff....ny1 in ap chem for example gets a 4 or 5, most get 5s....but in the class, only half the ppl get in the A range....theres an example....but like, for colleges, is there a substantial difference between a 740 and a 780 on writing....or a 760 and an 800 on history....i also dont wanna look obsessed, so any advice on this would help!!!
