Hey guys,

anyone taking the test. it seems to be relatively easy. i've been scoring 5's on all the practice tests but im a bit worried about the long essay. my teacher said that the first one will either be on Narrative ART or something with the Human Body in art.

the other one is just some random question.

anyone have anything to offer up on these long essays (preparation n stuff) ??

Yeah, I'm taking it too! A couple of my choices for narrative were: Stele of Hammurbi, Harvester Vase, Life of John the Baptist and Tribute Momey. For human body: Kourous and Henry VIII

human body
western - Ugolino and his children "Carpeaux"

does frida kahlo count for western or nonwestern

kahlo is western. Western Europe and U.S. is ALWAYS western.

Your best bet for nonwestern is asian art, indian art, or egyptian art.
