Assuming I get 32/54 on the MC section of the AP English Language Exam next year, What else would I need to do to receive a score of 4? Would it be hard?
Also, is a 5 at all attainable?
Because I am a sophomore and took a practice test..well MC portion and got 32/54. I know I still have the actual class to go through, but I want some sort of idea of what I will recieve.
Thank You

The exam is out of 150. Multiply your MC score by 1.2500 and your combined essay scores by 3.0550. To get a 5 you would need to get a 107+. A 32 times 1.2500 would be 40, so you would need a 67 (out of 82.5) on the essay portion, or a total of about 23/27 on the three essays.

Thanks. So a 4 is certainly achievable if I am a good writer.
Thank You
