hEY ALL,
Wondering these following things:
-Is Barron's review harder than the real thing?
-When doing a hypothesis test in part II, do we get partial credit if we run the wrong test (running Z instead of t)?
-For part II problems which I can use calculator to do, do I have to include formula? Or do I simply have to say: "Usingg TI-83, we go to 2nd/Stat/test/1propZtest."?
will that work? or do I show the formula?
thanks.

1. Barron's is harder
2. You can run z instead of t, it usually even says it on the grading rubric...but i believe if you carry out the test in whole you will get at least partial credit...just don't run a chi-squared, when you're supposed to do a 1 proportion z test
3. You don't have to include the formula, but you dont really need to say the calculator steps either...just state the p-value and test statistic and before getting them say why you need them and their significance, and maybe draw a normal distriution and put the z-score there....hope that helps
