I missed the international regular registration date. There is no late registration for internationals but the college board site says there is stand by registration if space and materials are available and the stanby fee is 30 dollars.

what's the probability that there are no space and materials available ? any experiences with stand by registration ?

how do i know the test center's address if i'm doing stand-by registration?

is there a list on the collegeboard website with the addresses and phone numbers of each test center in each country ?
