Alright who wants to guess what I got on the SATs and we'll find out who was right in 13 days.
From visiting the boards, I know for sure that I got three wrong in the verbal section. In math, I'm confident that I got none wrong, but let's say one for good measure.
The first time I wrote the SATs, I got 730 verbal and 780 math. I was hoping to do better this time around.
So what do you guys thinks? The closest guess will get a prize

I'm confused, Myticaura, what's wrong with the statement I made.

Well I doubt you will get an 800 verbal, if you don't understand that one "takes" the SAT's, not "writes" them.

Ok, the SAT is an exam. You can "write" exams.

"Writing" an exam is something I have heard from students in Ireland (my cousins)...perhaps it is common in other countries also!

Britons write an exam.
Canadians sit an exam.
Americans take an exam.

I'm a Canadian, and I write exams. I've heard "sit," but people I know don't use it much.
