By FeebleMind on Wednesday, February 19, 2003 - 04:25 pm: Edit

5 wrong and 6 omitted = 650m

By pissed on Wednesday, February 19, 2003 - 04:49 pm: Edit

you needed a perfect raw score for 800..

1 wrong + 0 omit = 790 . (!!!)

By 740math on Wednesday, February 19, 2003 - 04:56 pm: Edit

2 wrong = 740...must've been a QC

710:

Doesn't that seem low to you?
I also got 4 wrong and omitted none and got a 710. It seems like—looking at the score conversion tables—we could have gotten 730 or so another year/month.

missed 3 and got a 740, i know for a fact one, at least, was a gridin

By Irate on Wednesday, February 19, 2003 - 09:33 pm: Edit

How did you miss 3 and get a 740 and I missed 4 and got a 710??

By gkt on Thursday, February 20, 2003 - 06:32 am: Edit

Score sheet says I missed 3 and omitted 1 (didn't think I omitted anything!). Got a 720 math. Trying again in May.

3 wrong 1 omitted October admn. = 740
1 wrong 0 omitted December admn. = 800

I believe if most of those that you got wrong were grid-ins then your score would be higher.

For example, on the Oct admn, I got 2 MCQs wrong and 1 griding wrong + 1 omitted = raw
= 60 - 2 - 0.5 - 1 - 1 = 55.5 = 56

You might not need a perfect raw score on every admn, however, you shouldn't get an MCQ wrong.

hkt - get it hand graded, its possible the machine didn't read your answer and thought you skipped, if its right it could give you some points.
