if i rush it, do most schools accept it

For regular decision, I am unaware of any school that will not take a November score (even schools that require the apps to be submitted by November 30 such as the UC's still continue to take tests after that date). For Early Decision or Early Action, you need to check with each one to see if a November score will be soon enough. Whether you can send a "rush" score also depends on the school because many will not accept a rush -- they take them by download as a group for one test on a day they designate for the download.
