I got 1380 on the last SAT. Should I sign up for the ACT even though all the colleges I want take SAT as the primary test. Is there any reason to take ACT?

Here's one: it's like the easiest test ever

That's bull. Many regard the ACT as harder than the SAT, just less trickier.

It depends what schools you want to. I got a 1380 on the SAT also, and a 32 on the ACT. I'm applying to Wake Forest as my second choice, and I'm going to submit my ACT scores as a supplement. If you;re in the range for schools, and have strong grades and EC's I wouldn't bother wasting the money. If they seem like reaches I'd definitely take it.

Mattman...that's what makes the ACT extremely easy for those of us that can't see around the tricks

I'm just stating people should not go in unprepared, thinking it is a walk in the park cause it is most definitely not.
The timing is geared so that only only 80% of people will even be able to finish. It has it's share of easy questions but can get tedious and there is no curve, unlike the SAT.
