According to my Kaplan book, 63/75 is lowest raw score for 800. That is awesome - you can omit 5 and get 5 wrong and still get an 800.

i have the barrons review book... i want another one... i'm aiming at 800... which one should i get? (prefereably one with many/realistic practice tests)

Real SAT IIs also says 63/75=800, though it varies slightly from test to test.
