I got a 650 on the Math IC and i was just wondering whether or not that would have any implications on the app.
I got an 800 for SATI Math and plan to get in the mid 700's for the MathIIC, so will colleges just overlook the 650. If not is it worth retaking?

If you score a high on the Math IIC you dont even need to submit your IC score.

colleges still see it though... but your saying they just will just disregard it if i score high on 2c
