Cliffs AP is the best. I haven't looked at Kaplan or PR, but I have Barrons and Cliffs does a much better job explaining stuff. Cliffs is basically a condensed version of the Campbell Biology textbook, with only the important stuff. Barrons practice tests seem good though, but I haven't taken the SAT II so I can't compare.

Barrons book + honors bio class + NJ science league Bio I = 710 in 9th grade - 79th percentile compared to AP bio seniors. With studying on your own you can definately get 700+

Barrons Book seems to have a lot of additional info thats not included in the Cliff's notes...But its pretty good all round...Altho im nut takin AP, im studyin from Cliff AP Bio Book..its really goo..and all the info is condensed....im takin the SAT II bio in june!
