Does anyone know the curve for the Physics SAT II? In the PR book I have you can get 12 wrong (out of 75) and still get an 800... and I don't think thats too realistic

wow thanks, because if thats the case, well thats better than Math IIc and I'm better at physics than math... (btw I got an 800 on Math IIc...)

Its actually 12 omitted gives you an 800 (approximately, it changes from test to test).

My Kaplans book has 63/75 as lowest raw score for 800. Even down to 40/75 gets 700. The curve is really good and the test is really easy too. I took a practice 3 weeks ago (without knowing much on lenses, mirrors, circuits, magnetism, and atomic) and I still got a 750 - and now I know all of it except atomic. For anyone in a good honors/AP class, with only a little extra time doing practice tests and reviewing stuff you don't do in class, there is no reason an 800 is out of reach. Good luck - I'm taking it in June.

well ••••, kaplan's SAT I said that a 69 raw verbal was like 750-800... i can't trust them

I'm sad to say I took the test without taking the AP class. I was rushed in the last 10 questions (NEVER listen to the proctor, he said we would have more than enough time. This was my first proctored test so I believed him). I got a 700, so if you took the AP class, you have no excuse for not scoring higher!
