Does anybody who took it have any thoughts or questions. I personally found the Englisgh and the Science easy, reading about average, and math harder than normal.

John Thompson,
You probably can't remember, but what booklet number did you have. I think mine was 56E.

Did your english include passages on Virtual reality, dog walking and astronauts?
| By John Thompson on Saturday, February 08, 2003 - 03:04 pm: Edit |
My version was 56A. My Reading included the passage about humming berds and about languages getting messed up. Who is trying to cheat with the snow trick?

what is the snow trick?

Mine was 61D or something... I also had hummingbirds, languages approaching extinction, that stupid TV show crap, and weird autobiography/memoir interview crap. I HATED READING! Didn't have time to quite finish the first passage (didnt do them in order, of course).
Science was OK... but that magma stuff was weird. What was the oldest layer, according to figure 1?
English was easy.
Math was easy, but time-consuming.
Hoping for a 33, but I'm afraid reading will mess me up.

I put the sandstone as the oldest layer. Do you remember the letter answer of the last 2 math questions? I ran out of time on the math section so I guessed B on the last 2.
| By Quarky (Quarky) on Saturday, February 08, 2003 - 05:00 pm: Edit |
Sandstone is what I put, cuz magma ENTERS the sandstone... which means that sandstone is there before magma! I hope we got it right.
If u can tell me what those 2 math questions were, i might be able to remember what I put. I need to know what they were about...
What did u put for the math Q about factoring? I said something like 7(A^2+B^2)(A-B)(A+B)

I ate yogurt and threw up on Tiger Woods's memoir about female squirrels with so many hormones that they developed their own testes and got bitten by their heavy mothers. Those mothers' language was approaching extinction, so they decided to decrease internal pressure and temperature in order to lower the boiling point. Afterwards, they got really wild and so the squirrels started eating hummingbirds for the beauty of their bubbles, which reflect/diffract sunlight. Those hummingbirds were now dying not only in sleep, but also because of the carnivorous squirrel mutants with big testes. The testes froze faster than any other layer of magma. This led to the fact that 500V generated greater energy -- the potential stored between two metallic plates of a capactitor separated by a filler medium..
