Hey everyone,
dOES the USACO AND USAPO covers stuff taught in chem I and II, and physics I and II OR more topics?
If so, how did you prepare for it? and anyhting else you feel you should add about the USA chem and physics exams?

USACO is the computing olympiad. The chemistry people do not use that acronym.
For US Physics team, at a minimum you would need the equivalent of Physics C mechanics to get anywhere with even the preliminary exam. The emphasis is on problem solving and depth, not on lots of topics. There are sample exams at www.aapt.org. There is also a IPhO syllabus that might help you. You'll need to google for it.
