odd question:
Anyone know what happens if you bubble part of the circle? like 25% of it in the center..Will it count as blank or not?
I didn't have time to go back and bubble completely..

It probably would work if your consistent with it, but if halfway through the test you change your style, then it'll say you omitted half the test.
