Composite 26
English 25
Math 27
Reading 27
Science 26

Does anyone have any advice on how I can improve my English. What schools could I get into with a 29 Composite?

Just a short question:
Is the ACT administered by the College Board or ETS or neither?

Neither, It is administred by a competitor of collegeboard...

Actually, I took this ACT long time ago..

Jordan -- English is my second language, and I have lived in the USA for about only three years. I achieved an Engish score of 34 after retaking the test twice.

The first time I took it, I got 26 Eng. The 2nd time I took it was after going through Princeton Review prep CD-ROM. I got 30. The third time, I reviewed the PR info again (because I forgot some of it) and got a 34... then i didnt study and got a 32 the fourth time. I will take it again in Feb just to try for a 33.

25 Composite, 29 English, 25 Math, 24 Reading, 22 Science.

It was my first time. I hate the science section. I should have done better on the reading section, but I was starting to fall asleep.

Note to self: Next time have a good night's sleep.

I feel you dave, I find myself falling asleep during the reading section as well....by then I've got the munchies as well!

All you have to be able to do for the science section is know how to read tables/graphs and you should ace it lol; and if you took even all 3 sciences in just honors, not AP, then you should be able to answer most questions without even studying the graph... :P

By Josh Wood on Monday, February 24, 2003 - 05:48 pm: Edit

Thanks for the advice, easy. I know, it sounds simple, "read the graph" but I just can't do it. I don't know why. I get so confused and time flies on science. Also, our school doesn't have AP or honors.
