I scored a 1210 on SAT I and a 32 on my last ACT. I'll be, of course, reporting the ACT to the Unis but not the SAT. In this case, do I still need to take the SAT II? By the way, I am not taking any AP tests.

Take SAT IIs to round out your academic profile and definitely take them if applying to top schools.
