760 in math2c
the target score is 700- will all these 690s hurt?
(aiming towards ivy and tier-1 schools)

Sorry, but to tell the truth: Yes, they will hurt.
They won't kill your application, but they will hurt. You will need to overcome them through excellent grades, teacher recs, etc.

i've already sent my score reports to every school im applying to. if i walk in for the hell of it, just to see how i do on those tests, are colleges even going to know how i did if i dont re-report?

anything above a 600 is respectable, 650 very good, 700 very very good, and above a 750 excellent. A 690 is a great score, dont worry

As far as I know, colleges won't know if you sent the scores already and don't re-report after you take them again. However, if you ever take the SAT I again after you took the SAT IIs again, the report you send will have all the scores on it. I would call the CB to verify.

Also, make sure your school doesn't put the SAT IIs on your transcript (so it won't go out when you submit your midyear grades).

A 690 is the worst possible score in the whole world. I am sure that your prospective colleges will be disguisted by such low scores, despite the fact that it puts you above the top 10%ile.
