i was wondering if the test section that isnt scored on the SAT was the same for all test takers on a specific date. And if so, does anyone know if, before the test date, we might learn if the unscored section is math or verbal?

You will never know which one is the unscored section. That is the purpose of it so that ETS can test new questions on you.
