Hi, is 212 a good PSAT score? (V+M+W)

I know the top score is 240, but I am not sure what the 99th percentile is...

Have anyone here taken PSAT and gotten to be a semi-finalist/finalist? If so, what did you get on it?

Yes, you'll get commended at least. It depends where you live if you have a chance at semi-finalist status. I got in witha 219 in CT...barely :D

I got in with a 230 in Washington. A 212 is going to be just below the cut for a lot of states, but would qualify for some of them. It's still a good score

212 was the cutoff at my state. I got 206=commended. Did really good in math, but writing and verbal screwed me over.

why you did bad in writing is because its you did really well in math not good. lol
