first practice test i got 1310

620 verbal and 690 math


i just took another practice test, after learning 250 new words, and i got 1420

700 verbal and 720 math

with 2 CR wrong, 0 SC wrong, and 6(!!) analogies wrong.

needless to say, im tres happy :D

hopefully i can get it to 1450+ next SAT (i just make stupid mistakes on the math)

I dunno. I got a 1450 once on a practice test...never ever scored 1400+ again. No offense or anything but it MAY have been a fluke.

I always get 1540-1570 on the practice tests in 10 Real SATs, but I got a 1440 on the real thing. I find the older tests that are in that book are just a lot easier. The math is more straightforward and the vocabulary words are easier. Anyway good luck and get your 1450!

yeah tests from 97 and such are much easier. Practice with 02 or 03 tests for an even more accurate prediction. You need to order 03 tests from CB.

OMG!!! this is so weird!! i waas just noticing the same thing ! today i took a pre-2000 verbal then the may 2000 one :*obvious* difference.for maths it was even more so (i mean hey ..even i got half the math right before!)

like i am starting fromthe most recent test to the older one.. so i haven't hit the easy stuff yet ?j
