1.) (E) A precept is an official rule, as a motion is an official proposal.

2.) (E) Punctual means that one is very good (even picky) about time. Likewise, methodical people follow procedure very well.

3.) (A) Venturesome people and things, by definition, take risks a lot. Social people take companionship (they wouldn't be social if they didn't)

4.) (E) A proverb is a saying that is popular. A witticism is a saying that is humorous.

5.) (A) A library lends books, as a bookstore sells books.

I got the same 5 solutions. Wasnt positive what a precept was, but looking at the solutions it wsant too tough

why can't utopia: idealistic be the answer?

utopia is a state or idea that is idealistic?
