hey i would like to know how i rush report scores...

for eg.i am registering for my sat2s in october and i need to rush report them.do i do this during time of registration or later?

and what do i do with my earlier scores.
i mean when i registered for each of my sats ive taken ive listed down upenn as college to send my scores to.
do i need to resend them or do colleges already have them?...

yes? i thought one needed to rush-report. im applying early to harvard and would like to be sure about this. can anybody share their experience with rush reporting and harvard early admissions?
